在同步分區揀貨倉庫之合作揀貨探討

摘要


現代資訊科技、e化社會造成消費意識的改變,消費者少量多樣之消費型態也愈來愈被重視。且隨著消費意識提高,精緻內需的市場之要求也愈來愈多,故已漸漸轉化為由供應商經物流中心(Distribution Center;D.C.)直接將商品配送至各零售據點之作業方式,甚至直接將商品配送至消費者指定之地點,最終目的即是要快速且即時地送貨至客戶手中,以提高客戶之服務水準,而其中扮演最重要的角色乃為物流中心。 物流中心的各項內部作業中,揀貨作業是一項重要且繁複之工作。然而在傳統物流中心揀貨作業之相關人力,約佔整體物流人力50%以上,而揀貨作業時間佔整個物流時間比例更高達30%至40%。在成本面,物流中心的揀貨作業佔總作業成本約達55%。因此,揀貨作業的規劃與產品擺放的位置之規劃皆與揀貨作業效率有極大關聯。 本研究針對「合作揀貨區域」環境加以探討,並將此研究環境加入RFID增加其彈性與資訊之即時性,以及設計出多種品項儲位指派方法與跨區合作方法。將其與有無合作區域之設置作一比較,以證明本篇所提出之合作策略有較佳之表現,並期望找出最佳合作揀貨區域之分區揀貨的效果組合,以便在實務上有所助益。

Modern information technology and electronization of society cause conscious of consumer have change, that customers attach great importance to consumer status is low-volume-high-variety. As enhancement of consumer consciousness, sophisticated domestic market has more and more requests, that has gradually transformed form supplier through DC (Distribution Center), which distribute goods to retailers directly, or even distribute goods to customers designated location. The ultimate goal is deliver goods to customer quickly and real time, that can enhance customer service level. Which are the most important role to play as the DC. The most important and complex operation in traditional DC is picking operation that uses almost 50% of human resources and 30-40% of working time. On the cost side, the picking is account for 55% of total operation cost in the DC. Therefore, how to plan a reasonable picking operation and assign goods to the rack are have great relevance with picking efficiency. This research will discussion about corporate picking zone, and add radio frequency identification (RFID) to increase flexibility and information Instantaneity in this circumstance, and this research will design many storage assignments and cross corporate rules. Furthermore, this research will compare with whether the corporate picking to verify these corporate strategies have a good performance or not. And we also expect to find the best combination of zone picking that established a corporate picking zone and be useful in the practice.
