This study focuses on the internet service of business, and discuss whether the willing, the item and the adopting reason of internet service outsourcing would be different by different types of business. The results are the distribution of subsidiary and authorized capital of business would affect the business willing of internet service outsourcing, and business would have stronger motivation of infrastructure outsourcing, but have less motivation of management outsourcing. In the other side, the important factors of outsourcing decision are price, brand and quality.
