護專生休閒興趣與休閒滿意關係之研究

摘要

本研究之目的在探討休閒興趣與休閒滿意之相關程度，以台灣南部某護理專科學校學生為研究對象，正式問卷調查共發出問卷943份，回收有效問卷861份，有效問卷回收率為91.3%，回收資料用以進行典型相關分析，結果發現，此兩組變項之線性組合，產生四組顯著之典型變量。於此四組典型變量中，第三組與第四組典型變量之解釋能力不足，可不予考慮。第一組與第二組典型變量之典型相關係數分別為.694、.452，重疊指數分別為23.769%、3.151%，控制變項主要經由第一與第二典型因素影響效標變項。由本研究結果可知休閒興趣與休閒滿意顯著相關，休閒興趣之戶外、社交層面對休閒滿意之放鬆、心理、社教、美感等層面有顯著之正向影響，學校當局可輔導學生正向發展其休閒興趣，從事對自己有意義之休閒活動，以提升休閒滿意之程度。

The purpose of this research was to explore the degree of correlation between leisure interest and leisure satisfaction, with the students of a nursing college in southern Taiwan as the subjects. Nine hundred forty-three (943) surveys were sent, and 861 surveys were received for a 91.3% valid response rate. Using canonical correlation analysis to analyze the data, the results showed that the linear combination of the two sets of variable produces four significant canonical variates. Out of the four canonical variates, the third and fourth have low explanatory capabilities, and can be dropped from consideration. The canonical correlation coefficients of first and second canonical variates are .694 and .452 respectively. The coincident indexes are 23.74% and 3.151% respectively. The controlled variable is mainly influenced by the criterion variable via the first and second canonical factors. From these results, leisure interest and leisure satisfaction are significantly related can be inferred. The outdoor and social factors of leisure interest have significant positive influence on the relaxation, psychological, social and aesthetic factors of leisure satisfaction. The school administrators can counsel students to positively develop leisure interest and participate in meaningful leisure activities, with the aim to increase leisure satisfaction.
