從被害者學觀點探索校園暴行被害經驗、加害行為、與被害恐懼感之關係－以國中學生鬥毆現象為例分析之

摘要

本研究係從被害者學觀點利用全省53所國中學生鬥毆現象的調查資料（9,305份）來分析校園暴行被害經驗、加害行為、與被害恐懼感之關係，透過次數分配、x、t檢定、洛基對數線性分析等統計方法，獲致下列之結論：（1）「加害者、被害者、被害恐懼者與非加害、非被害、非被害恐懼者」的合計為127.7%，超過了100.0%，顯示「校園暴行加害者、被害者、被害恐懼者之重疊理論」獲得證實。（2）本研究發現院轄市學校、女性、學校表現較好、低自陳非行、無不良交友的學生有低被害經驗與低加害行為，但卻有高被害恐懼感；反之，鄉村學校、男生、學校表現較差、高自陳非行、有不良交友的學生卻有高被害經驗與高加害行為及低被害恐懼感。然而，被害經驗卻又是被害恐懼感的成因之一，彼此關係頗為矛盾，換言之，「校園暴行之被害經驗、加害行為與被害恐懼感之間有交錯複雜關係存在」的假設獲得證實。（3）研究者發現性別、加害經驗、被害經驗三個變項都對校園暴行被害恐懼感有單純與交互作用之影響，呈現男性減少有被害恐懼感之可能性，女性則增加此可能性；有加害行為則或少有說害恐懼感之可能性；有被害經驗則增加有極害恐懼感之可能性，研究者所提出之「校園暴行被害經驗、加害行為、被害恐懼感之洛基對數線性模式」獲得證實。最後，綜合研究結果，據以提出若干建議。

After briefly reviewing the literature about offense, victimization, and fear, the researcher collected 9,305 questionnaires from 53 junior high schools in Taiwan to analyze the relationship among victimization, offense, and fear of bully behavior in the school.The results are:(1) The sum of offenders, victims, the fearful and the non-offender, non-victim, and non-fearful is 127.7% which means 27.7% overlaps among victims, offenders, and the fearful.(2) Though victimized experience may raise the fear of victimization, the victimized and the offenders, who are quite homogenous in urbanization, gender, school achievement, absence from school, self-report behavior, and association with bad peer, different from the fearful. This vertified the controversial and interaction relationships among victims, offenders, and the fearful.(3) The logit loglinear model which includes three independent variables (gender, offensive behavior, and victimized experience) has shown the significant simple and interaction effect on the fear of victimization.According to the findings, the researcher presented some suggestions about the prevention of victimization and fear and the future research.
