摘要

良好的假釋制度可以延續矯正成效，並是評估刑事政策優劣的重要參考指標。而我國近年來假釋要件屢有變革，更顯見對假釋的重視。然假釋制度的探討，除以客觀分析與價值辯證的方式爲之外，若能廣泛地以其他各國的經驗爲借鏡，相信有助於我國假釋制度的周延。有鑑於此，本文首先探討假釋的性質，其次介紹各國假釋制度，最後整理及比較其差異，以使吾人熟知各國假釋制度的趨勢與相異處，並提出討論，俾以提供假釋制度研究者之參考。

An excellent parole system is able to prolong the effectiveness of correction. It can also evaluate the important reference criterion of the superiority and inferiority of criminal justice policy. Futhermore, the parole conditions of R.O.C has always been reformed recently, it reveals the importance of parole system. Thus, the discussion of parole system can work on the objective analyses and valuable disputations. In the other hand, if we can extensively refer to the experience of various nations as a model, it will help to extend our (i.g R.O.C) parole system. In view, this article first discusses the characteristic of parole, and then introduces various nations' parole system and compares the differences. This article will enable us to know the trends and differences of parole system in various nations, and then expecting to provide a reference to the rsearchers.
