A 51-year-old male from Taiwan was hospitalized with an abdominal mass. A diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was made, based on the clinical findings and CT scan. There was an incidental finding of oral lesions during physical examination, biopsy of which revealed, metastatic HCC. HCC metastatic to the oral cavity is very rare, with review of the literature revealing only 27 cases. The clinical, radiographic, and histologic features of an additional case of HCC metasratic to the oral cavity is here reported and the medical literature reviewed.
