國中籃球教練角色衝突與職業倦怠關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Role Conflict and Work Burnout for Basketball Coaches in Junior High Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中籃球教練角色衝突與職業倦怠之現況與關係,研究者採用自編之「國中籃球教練角色衝突與職業倦怠關係之研究問卷」為研究工具,以96學年度參加教育部主辦「國民中學籃球聯賽」之籃球教練為研究對象,共發出研究問卷350份,回收有效問卷328份,有效問卷回收率為93.71%,所得資料經統計分析後,結果發現:國中籃球教練所知覺之角色衝突屬於中高程度;國中籃球教練所感受之職業倦怠屬於中等程度;國中籃球教練背景變項之性別、年齡與參賽組別,對於角色衝突之知覺有顯著差異;國中籃球教練背景變項之性別、年齡與參賽組別,對於職業倦怠之感受有顯著差異;國中籃球教練之角色衝突與職業倦怠有顯著正相關;國中籃球教練角色衝突部分構面對於整體職業倦怠具有預測力。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of basketball coaches' role conflict and work burnout in junior high schools, and analyze the relationship between them. This study employed the survey method. Three hundred and fifty basketball coaches who joined the Junior High School Basketball League in 2007 were selected as samples, with the return of 328 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 93.71% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. Results indicated that basketball coaches feel that their role conflict is at upper middle level. Basketball coaches feel that their work burnout is middle level. There are significant differences in basketball coaches' role conflict for the variables of gender, age and contest category. There are significant differences in basketball coaches' work burnout for the variables of gender, age and contest category. There is a significant positive relationship between basketball coaches' role conflict and work burnout. Some parts of basketball coaches' role conflict have significant predictability on their work burnout.
