摘要

本研究主要目的有二：(1)建立一套適用於國內性侵害加害人情緒管理團體治療的課程；(2)探討情緒管理團體治療課程對性侵害加害人情緒改善和衝動之效果。本研究以南部某監獄38名性侵害加害人為對象，進行為期十二週，每週一次的情緒管理團體治療課程，所有研究受試者經過說明，並簽訂書面同意書後，分別執行「情緒智商量表」和「衝動量表」之前後測評估；發現主要結果如下：(1)性侵害加害人在接受情緒管理團體治療課程後，在情緒智商中「覺察自我情緒」分量表的改變量有顯著的改善。但「覺察他人情緒」和「衝動」前後改變量的差異則未達到顯著水準；(2)在個人背景資料與情緒智商和衝動間的關係，顯示「高中以上教育程度」與「衝動」和「有前科」與「覺察自我情緒」的改變量間有顯著差異存在。最後，研究者針對研究結果所得之結論加以討論，並對未來研究提出若干建議。

The purpose of this study was (1) to build a series of emotional management courses that can apply to sexual offenders; (2) to discuss the effect of the emotional management courses on emotion and impulsive improvement of sexual offenders. 38 sexual offenders from a prison of southern Taiwan were subjects. After describing to subjects and having them to sign on the written agreement, subjects were asked to attend the emotional management course once a week which totally processed 12 weeks. The pretest and posttest of ”Emotional Quotient Scale” and ”Impulsive Scale” were executed. Results showed that (1) after taking the emotional management courses, there was a significant difference in the item of ”self-emotion awareness” of ”Emotional Quotient Scale”. However, significant difference was not reached in ”awareness of other's emotion” and ”impulse” items. (2) for the relation of the information of individual and emotional quotient and impulse, there was a significant difference between ”above high school education level” and ”impulse” . Also, there is a significant difference between ”previous conviction” and ”self-emotion awareness”.
Researchers discussed these results and addressed some suggestions for the further studies.
