摘要


籃球運動是一項歷史悠久的運動,由於它是空間與地面雙線抗爭性的活動,不僅富有對抗性、拼鬥性、集體性,也富有健身性、娛樂性、趣味性及觀賞性,而成為目前世界最風行的運動項目之一。 由於受到美國職業籃球賽和國內超級籃球聯賽,以及國際籃球規則不斷修改的影響之下,使得籃球運動比賽的水準不斷提升。所謂體能優異的籃球選手,除了在球場上具有長久奔馳的耐力外,也需要有足夠的力量抵檔球員之間的肢體衝撞。因此,肌力和爆發力的鍛鍊對籃球員而官是不容忽視的一環。 本文主要的目的是想讓大眾暸解重量訓練對籃球運動員的重要性,同時,在籃球運動中,肌力、爆發力及協調性是首要強調的體能要素,透過重量訓練來提昇籃球運動員的身體素質是非常重要的。
