臺灣「學生-運動員(student-player)」的文化處境與體育從業者的專業弔詭:集體意識型態的箝制與圍困

The "Student-players'" Cultural Position and PE Practitioners' Professional Plight in Taiwan

摘要


本研究基於質性研究的立場,以敘說探究為方法論基礎,深入描寫臺灣「學生-運動員」的文化處境,在真實故事的細膩陳述中,指認出身處臺灣這一片特殊運動文化田野裡體育從業者所面臨的專業困境,研究中所歸納出的「三角文化經驗」:一、傳統升學文化;二、專業弔詭文化;三、雙重形象文化,三個巨大的運動文化經驗氣氛形成一個不見天日的「網」,將身處這片土地的學生-運動員與體育專業從業者圍困其中,難以遁逃,臣服於此扭曲的集體意識型態之下,難以有所突破地面向未來,僅能等待下一個文化經驗改變的契機。

The current study is a qualitative research. The researcher based this study on the methodology of narrative inquiry and profoundly described student-players' cultural position in Taiwan. When dedicately narrating the stories, the researcher indicate Taiwan's PE practitioners' professional plight. In this study, the researcher concluded a tri-angel culture, including:A. the culture of traditional entrance examsB. the culture of distorted professionsC. the culture of dual imagesThe atmosphere of these three immense sports cultures formed a stressful net, grasping the student-players and PE practitioners, making them hard to escape. They can only yield obedience to such distorted collective ideology, helplessly face their future, and wait patiently for the moment of the next cultural paradigm change.
