原住民國小學童運動態度及八週運動介入對體適能之影響

The Effect of Sport Attitude and 8 Weeks Sport Intervention on Physical Fitness for Native Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究目的是探討運動態度及運動介入對原住民國小學童體適能之影響,以南投縣信義鄉人和國小高年級學童為研究對象,共計21位。本研究採單組實驗法與問卷調查法,針對研究對象進行八週運動介入。本研究所用的統計方法為描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定,以及成對樣本t檢定進行資料分析。本研究結果為:1.多數受試者對於體育課能帶來的益處有良好的認知成效,也能瞭解運動能夠提升身體健康、促進運動能力、增進運動知識。體適能方面,在身體質量指數的部分表現最差,屬於過重階段。表現最好為坐姿體前彎。2.不同背景變項方面,「性別」、「年級」、「是否參加運動校隊」、「運動是否有人陪伴」在運動態度與體適能上未達顯著差異。3.坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠、800公尺跑走,以及仰臥起坐等皆達顯著差異,其中坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠,以及仰臥起坐且是正向增加;僅800公尺跑走則是唯一退步的項目。結論:運動介入對原住民學童體適能中的坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠,以及仰臥起坐有正向影響。

This study explored the effect of sport attitudes and sport intervention on physical fitness for native elementary school students in Nantou County, taking 21 students as the participants. This study took the single set of experiment and used questionnaire and 8-week intervention to collect data. Descriptive statistic was implemented, such as t-test (independent), and t-test(paired samples). The results were as follows: 1. Most students could realize the benefits of physical education and had good cognitive performances as well as to understand that the sport activities could better their health, promote athletic ability, and furthermore, enrich the understanding of sport. The performance of body mass index was the worst (belonging to overweight stage). The best performance was the sitting forward bend. 2. In the aspect of different background variables, "gender", "grade", "whether parents agree to do sports after school," "whether to participate in sport team", and "playing with friends" showed no differences on attitude and physical fitness. 3. Sitting forward bend, standing long jump, 800 meters run away, as well as sit-ups had significant differences after sport intervention, which sitting forward bend, standing long jump, as well as sit-ups had positive promotion; only 800 meters run away was the only regressive item. Conclusion: The study would conclude that Sports involvement had positive effect on native students in sitting forward bend, standing long jump and sit-ups.
