磁浮轉子控制系統模擬器設計

AMB rotor control system simulator design

摘要


磁浮離心式壓縮機擁有無油化、使用壽命長、噪音低及高能源效率。因此,磁浮離心式壓縮機於空調設備的應用為未來空調產業發展的趨勢。磁浮壓縮機除了機殼、馬達、葉輪之外,磁浮轉子為壓縮機的核心,且磁浮轉子控制器為壓縮機於空調設備可順利運作的關鍵,控制器於磁浮壓縮機運轉的安全性與可靠度則變得相當重要。因此,在磁浮控制器於實際壓縮機運作之前,可開發磁浮轉子控制系統模擬器,驗證各種控制技術之可行性,以避免磁浮控制器於實際壓縮機運作時發生不穩定狀況。本文介紹如何開發磁浮轉子控制系統模擬器,包括轉子動力分析、系統數學建模等,並利用工研院自製磁浮壓縮機之磁浮轉子系統為應用範例,進行磁浮轉子控制之模擬驗證。

AMB centrifugal compressor owns the characteristics of oil-free, long life and high energy efficiency benefit. Therefore, AMB centrifugal compressor is the future trend of the air condition industry, AMB rotor is the core of the compressor except for the casing, motor and impeller. AMB rotor controller is the key factor that can make the compressor to operate smoothly in the air conditioning, and the safety and reliability of the controller are very important in the compressor operation. Before the controller applies to the compressor operation, developing the AMB rotor control system simulator that can verify the feasibility of each control approach and avoid the instability situations in the real compressor operation. This article introduced the development of the AMB rotor control system simulator that included rotor dynamic analysis and system mathematical modeling etc., and the AMB rotor system of ITRI compressor is an example that is used to verify the AMB rotor control simulation.
