本研究旨在瞭解國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願之現況,及兩者之相關與衝突。爲達上述目的,本研究使用問卷調查法與半結構式訪談進行資料蒐集,以某教育大學人力資源教育處94學年度輔導之國民小學實習教師爲研究對象進行取樣,實際有效樣本爲370位。問卷調查部份,使用自編之「國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願調查問卷」,並以次數分配、百分比、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析,再根據問卷統計結果篩選訪談對象進行半結構式訪談。根據資料分析結果,研究發現如下: 一、國民小學實習教師整體而言具有正向積極之教育專業信念與任教意願。 二、不同性別之國民小學實習教師在「專業自主」、「工作回饋」方面具有顯著差異。 三、不同年齡之國民小學實習教師在「整體教育專業信念」及「整體任教意願」方面具有顯著差異存在。 四、不同師資培育管道之國民小學實習教師在「整體教育專業信念」及「整體任教意願」方面具有顯著差異存在。 五、不同實習期間之國民小學實習教師在「整體教育專業信念」、「整體任教意願」方面具有顯著差異存在。 六、「不同任教年段」、「最高學歷」之國民小學實習教師在「整體教育專業信念」及「整體任教意願」方面無顯著差異存在。 七、國民小學實習教師教育專業信念與任教意願之間呈現正相關,即當國民小學實習教師教育專業信念愈正向積極,其任教意願亦愈高。 八、「任教意願低落」爲國民小學實習教師其教育專業信念與任教意願產生衝突之主要原因。 本研究最後並以研究結果爲推導基礎,提出對師資培育機構、國民小學實習教師及未來相關研究之建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations and conflict between educational profession belief and teaching willingness of pupil teachers in elementary school. To achieve the purposes, this study employed questionnaire and interview. The valid questionnaires retrieved from students in human resources office of National University of Education were 370 copies. The instrument of this study was a self-developed questionnaire adopting ”the questionnaire of Educational Profession Belief and Teaching willingness of pupil teachers in elementary school.” These collected data was analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, and one-way ANOVA, and the interview was based on the results of questionnaires analysis. The results of this study can be included as follows: 1. Generally, the pupil students in in elementary school possess positive educational profession belief and teaching willingness. 2. The educational profession independence and the feedback of works of elementary school pupil teachers are significantly different in terms of gender. 3. The elementary school pupil teachers show significant differences in the scope ”educational profession beliefs” and ”teaching willingness” due to their age. 4. The elementary school pupil teachers show significant differences in the scope ”educational profession beliefs” and ”teaching willingness” due to their channels of teacher education. 5. The elementary school pupil teachers show significant differences in the scope ”educational profession beliefs” and ”teaching willingness” due to their Practice period. 6. Different kinds of teacher's background such as teaching grade and different kinds of education background have no significant difference on educational profession beliefs and teaching willingness. 7. Elementary school pupil Teachers' educational profession beliefs are significantly correlated to teaching willingness, in other words, the pupil Teachers' educational profession beliefs possess more positive educational profession belief, the more teaching willingness they have. 8. The reason of the conflict between educational profession belief and teaching willingness in Elementary school pupil Teachers is that the lowest teaching willingness. Based on above findings and conclusions, at the end this study proposed recommendations for training channels, pupil teachers and further.
