The purpose of this research is to explore leisure satisfaction of university students. With the day-school students of Tainan area universities as subjects and using survey instruments for data collection, 1600 surveys were distributed and 1323 valid surveys were returned for a rate of 82.7%. The returned data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and MANOVA. The results showed that the subjects had the highest scores for relaxation dimension of leisure satisfaction. Different genders showed significant differences in the degree of psychological, relaxation, physiological and aesthetic dimensions of leisure satisfaction. Different age groups showed significant differences in social and education dimensions of leisure satisfaction. Different attending years in school showed significant differences in physiological dimension of leisure satisfaction. Different grade point average (GPA) levels showed significant differences in relaxation dimension of leisure satisfaction.
