休閒滿意之探討

摘要

本研究之目的在探討大學生休閒滿意之情形，以台南地區大學日間部學生為研究對象，資料蒐集方式為問卷調查，共計發出問卷1600份，回收有效問卷1323份，效問卷回收率82.7%。回收資料被用以進行敘述統計分析、多變量變異數分析，結果顯示受測者感受放鬆之休閒滿意程度最高，不同性別受測者在心理、放鬆、身體與美感之休閒滿意程度有顯著差異的情形；不同年齡受測者在社教之休閒滿意程度有顯著差異的情形；不同就讀年級受測者在身體之休閒滿意程度有顯著差異的情形；不同平均學業成績受測者則在放鬆之休閒滿意程度有顯著差異的情形。

The purpose of this research is to explore leisure satisfaction of university students. With the day-school students of Tainan area universities as subjects and using survey instruments for data collection, 1600 surveys were distributed and 1323 valid surveys were returned for a rate of 82.7%. The returned data was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and MANOVA. The results showed that the subjects had the highest scores for relaxation dimension of leisure satisfaction. Different genders showed significant differences in the degree of psychological, relaxation, physiological and aesthetic dimensions of leisure satisfaction. Different age groups showed significant differences in social and education dimensions of leisure satisfaction. Different attending years in school showed significant differences in physiological dimension of leisure satisfaction. Different grade point average (GPA) levels showed significant differences in relaxation dimension of leisure satisfaction.
