中華職棒新秀球員攻擊能力之比較－以2015年總冠軍為例

台灣棒球運動是一項流行的運動，而自從台灣成立職業棒球以後，不少棒球選手都以進軍職業棒球隊為一大目標，而中華職棒在每年季中或年底都會舉辦新人還秀會，來補強各球隊目前的戰力或培育新秀。那些以職棒為目標的選手們，能被職業棒球隊青睞，在個人的打擊、投球、守備、跑壘各項成績上，有一定的實力存在。因此，本研究目的將探討中華職棒大聯盟總冠軍賽隊伍，中信兄弟象14位和Lamigo猿9位新秀球員，在2014-2015年兩球季例行賽的總合打擊能力進行之比較。資料蒐集取用於中華職棒年例行賽記錄組之打擊紀錄。以SPSS 22.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體，進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗及皮爾遜積差相關等。研究結果發現：一、中信兄弟象與Lamigo猿新秀球員在五項攻擊能力之全壘打、上壘率、打點成績有顯著的差異。二、Lamigo猿新秀球員比中信兄弟象的新秀球員有較佳的總攻擊指數在打擊率和長打率有顯著的差異。最後，本研究也針對未來提供中華職棒各球隊在新人選秀或啟主用新人參考之依據。

This study aimed to Baseball is a popular sport in Taiwan. Since the professional baseball league in Taiwan has been established, a lot of baseball players have set a goal to join a professional baseball team. Every year the Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) will hold a draft during season or at the end of year to reinforce each team's current combat power or foster rookie. Those player who can be favored by the professional baseball team, must have some strength in personal combat, pitching, fielding and base running. This study will discuss the comparison of the aggregate batting ability between 23 rookie players in two of the CPBL final teams . Chinatrust Brothers and Lamigo Monkeys - during their 2014-2015 regular seasons. Data collection is from CPBL 2014-2015 regular season batting record and using SPSS 22.0 for Windows to run the Descriptive Statistics analysis, Independent-Sample T Test, Pearson product-moment correlation, etc. The result shows: 1. One of these rookie teams has quite high OPS performance - up to 1.16 2. The rookies in Lamigo Monkeys have better batting average, Slugging Percentage and On-Base Plus Slugging (OPS) than Chinatrust Brothers. Finally, this study will also provide the draft reference for all CPBL baseball teams in the future.
