2003年全國運動會鉛球旋轉式投擲技術運動生物力學分折

The Biomechanical Analysis of the Rotational Shot Put Technique in 2003 National Athletic Game

摘要


目的:分析2003年全國運動會男子鉛球旋轉式投擲技術之選手將其參數和世界級選手做比較,以提供相關訊息給選手、教練做參考,增進其運動表現。 方法:使用3D攝影分析法,兩台JVC數位攝影機(60 Hz擷取頻率)同步擷取記錄鉛球選手的三維投擲動作資料。 結果:受試者的出手速度均明顯小於世界級選手。張選手的身體角動量比其他兩位選手較大。右腳在空中旋擺踢,在旋轉的第一步扮演重要的角色。左腳的旋擺在旋轉的第二步扮演重要的角色。成績較好的選手在各分期中的身體肢段角動量最大值有較大的趨勢。 建議:旋轉式鉛球投擲選手應注意在傳遞旋轉後,要將鉛球速度提高,他們需要在右腿支撐期盡量將鉛球加速,並且使傳遞動作更為有效率:能籍由身體肢段旋轉產生較大的角動量,來增加鉛球投擲表現。

The purpose of this study was to analyze shot putters who used rotational technique, and to compare the parameters with the world-level shot putters. Hopefully, the researchers could offer some information for shot putters and coaches to improve shot putters' performances. Data were collected from men's final of the 2003 National Athletic Game. 3D analysis method was used. The throws were recorded by two gen-locked JVC digital cameras (60Hz). The results showed that the subjects' shot velocities were markedly smaller than the world level shot putters. Chang's whole body angular momentum was larger than the other two shot putters. The right foot's rotation, swinging, and kicking played an important role in first rotation while the left foot's rotation, swinging, and kicking played an important role in second rotation. Better shot putter tended to have a larger whole body angular momentum maximum. In suggestion, subjects should pay attention to rotational movement in delivery, and accelerate the shot in the right foot single support and make the delivery motion efficient Shot putters who used rotational technique should use body segments rotation to exert large angular momentum to improve their performances.
