依據全國意向顧問股份有限公司調查結果發現,民眾對於使用平板電腦進行閱讀行為的可接受度已超越專用的數位閱讀器。平板電腦電子書應用程式在介面設計以使用者為中心,透過與介面觸控的手勢操作即可達成目的,較操作電腦來得直接;因此,了解平板電腦上閱讀電子書應用程式的操作功能對於使用者之易用性評估是值得研究的議題。本研究對平板電腦電子書使用介面易用性提出建議,採用問卷調查法,調查平板電腦電子書閱讀器共通之基本功能介面設計(字型選擇、字體縮放、閱讀軌跡、閱讀情境)對於使用者之易用性。依據問卷結果顯示,有七成的使用者認為平板電腦電子書介面功能操作會影響閱讀的意願。僅有最多只有五成的使用者認為字體縮放大小的功能操作是容易使用的,其餘介面設計尚有待改善,其中以平板電腦電子書的閱讀情境功能操作上有較多的改善空間。建議各開發商在改版時除多方參考易用性原則外,並加強對閱讀情境的功能介面設計以符合使用者需求。
According to Trendgo research survey results found that most people use Tablet PC to read an E-book more than a dedicated E-book reader. Tablet PC E-book app interface design is based on the user-centered. To achievethe goal by gestures touch the interface is more directly than operate computer. Therefore, understanding the Tablet PC to read e-book applications operating functions for the user's ease-of-use assessment is a topic worthy of study. In this study, propose recommendations for the Tablet PC of usability. It used questionnaire survey method for check the font selector, the font scaling, the reading trajectory, the reading situations for usability. According to the results of the questionnaire, 70% of the users think the Interface Operation will affect the willingness to read. Only a maximum of only 50% of the users think that the the font scaling function operation is easy to use, and other interface design has yet to be improved, and there is more room for improvement in the functional operation of reading situations.
