摘要


運動可以增進身心健康是眾所皆知的,青少年運動可以增強心肺功能、抒解情緒壓力並減少成年後致病率與延長壽命,對許多人來說,運動也是成長過程中不可分離的部份。參與運動可以滿足個人的歸屬感,這種歸屬感在成長過程中佔有重要的地位並可建立起自信與自尊。但是如果缺乏基本、正確的運動傷害預防知識以及處理技能,一旦在運動過程中發生意外就會使得原有的美意因為傷害的後續問題而大打折扣且造成嚴重的身體與心理的傷害,因此,使民眾瞭解運動傷害預防與處理的相關知識顯得格外的重要,本文就針對運動傷害後所出現的身心反應與該如何處理與預防的運動傷害策略來加以探討,希望可以提供給運動傷害者一些參考。
