Dental implant treatment is getting popular in recent years and it almost becomes the main treatment option for dental patients with missing teeth. Every dental practitioner should be familiar with the procedures of implant treatment including the surgical phase and restorative phase. In this case report, we introduce a simplified procedure when performing second stage surgery to uncover the osseointegrated implant fixture.
