目的:本研究的目的是針對97學年度新生進行全面性的健康體適能檢測,希望藉由統計結果來評估現行大一新生健康體適能現況,進而作為體育課程編排的參考。方法:針對97學年度所有新生於入學後兩週內進行體適能檢測,檢測內容包括身體組成、瞬發力、肌力及肌耐力、柔軟度及心肺耐力,所有資料皆以描述性統計進行分析。結果:一、男學生在BMI、立定跳遠及坐姿體前彎部分較常模差,而一分鐘仰臥起坐方面優於常模;二、女學生在一分鐘仰臥起坐方面則優於常模。結論:國立中興大學男學生的身體組成、瞬發力及柔軟度不佳,應在體育課程的編排上加強此部分的運動訓練;而肌力及肌耐力部分男女學生皆屬良好。
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the health-related fitness statue in college students. The results would be taken to estimate and adjust the PE courses. Methods: Subjects were freshmen in National Chung-Hsing University in 2008. Body composition, explosion strength, muscular strength and muscular endurance, flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance were evaluated. The investigated values were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics. Results: In male students, they had poor performance in BMI, Stand long Jump and Sit and Reach, but good in Sit up; In female students, They had good performance in Sit up. Conclusion: The male students in National Chung-Hsing University had poor body composition, explosion strength and flexibility performance. The concerned training should be designed in PE courses. For male and female students, their muscular strength and muscular endurance were good, which should be maintained.
