大學生生活型態研究:以龍華科技大學為例

A Study on the Lifestyle of College Students at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解並探討大學生生活型態之現況,並以性別、學制、年級、學院、住宿情形、參與社團、每週運動次數為背景變項,來瞭解不同背景變項大學生生活型態之差異情形。本研究以龍華科技大學九十九學年度第二學期在學學生為母群體,以隨機抽樣方式調查,共計發放問卷1000份,回收947份,有效問卷885份;以多變量變異數分析進行資料處理,研究之結果為:一、學生生活型態以人際支持構面因素最高,其次依序為自我實現、壓力處理、適當營養、運動行為、健康責任構面,而在健康責任、運動行為構面題項平均得分在中間值3以下,顯示大學生之生活型態在健康行為之養成與從事規律之運動仍有改善之空間;二、不同背景變項學生生活型態在性別、學制、年級、學院、住宿情形、參與社團、運動次數等變項皆達顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to explore the lifestyle of college students based on genders, school systems, grades, departments, accommodation, clubs participation and frequencies of exercising. Current students of the second semester of the year 2010 at Lunghwa University of Science and Technology were the population of this study. There were total of 1,000 copies distributed, among them 947 were returned and 885 were effective. The data was analyzed by multivariate analysis. The following results were obtained: 1. Among the lifestyle of college students, the ”interpersonal relationship” scored the highest, and the followings were ”self-realization,” ”pressure-handling,” ”adequate nutrition,” ”exercise,” and ”health.” We noticed that the scores of ”exercise” and ”health” are below middle value 3, which indicated that the healthy lifestyle as well as regular exercise of college students should be strengthened. 2. Under different backgrounds, the lifestyle among genders, school systems, grades, departments, accommodation, club participation and frequencies of exercising were obviously different.
