太陽能光電/熱水混合系統對於傾斜角度之影響及其整體效益分析

摘要


本文之目的在將光電板表面高溫予以冷卻,並加以廢熱回收,利用在太陽能光電板下方裝置一冷卻系統,形成太陽能光電/熱水混合系統,以探討其傾斜度之影響及其整體效益。調整模擬日光之輻射量,對太陽能光電板進行照射,由I-V曲線量測計取得電壓、電流之值以形成I-V曲線圖,量測混合系統除水槽之水溫變化,以計算效率加以分析及比較。本實驗利用400~1200W/m2之輻射量進行照射,另外製作一純太陽能熱水系統,將其所量之溫差及效率與太陽能混合系統相互比較。藉由本文可瞭解傾斜角20°時其效率會比傾斜角30°時高,而太陽能光電/熱水混合系統之效率會比純太陽能熱水系統高。

This article aims at cooling the PV panel surface and recycling the waste heat. PV/thermal hybrid system is set up by putting the cooling system below the PV panel to discuss the inclination effect and total efficiency. The Voltage-current data of PV panel and the temperature of storage tank were got by different simulated radiation of 400~1200 W/m2. The efficiency of the PV panel would also be calculated and analyzed. In this experiment, a set of solar hot water system was also set up and measured at the mean time. The result showed the efficiency of 20° inclination was better than 30° inclination, and also showed the total efficiency of PV/thermal hybrid system was better than solar hot water system.
