摘要

本文指在探討2008北京奧運會籌備期間政府作為，透過文獻分析法對2008北京奧運會籌備期間政府政策作為，及領導人的關注議題探討，分析後結果與建議如下：一、取得2008年北京奧運會承辦權後，政府政策作為以舉辦史上最好的
一屆奧運會為目標。二、修築運動場館、交通建設，改變市容，成為國際化都會與國際社會接軌。三、藉由舉辦奧運會增加經濟效益影響，提升城市及國家聲望地位。四、領導人士一致關注奧運會進展，如調整組委會領導階層及奧運會後場館再利用的處置等構思。五、視2008年北京奧運會為政策執行驗收的關鍵點，和實施改革開放30年體育事業未來持續發展重大轉變的契機影響。六、政府的政策支持與領導人關注議題，值得參酌。

This research is to study how China's government is to act and prepare for the coming Olympic Games in Beijing, 2008. Through the document analysis for those related papers, we found China government and their leaders have more concerns on the following targets: 1, China wants to make Beijing Olympic Game to be the best ever held in the world. 2, To impress and connect with international societies and people to make Beijing become the major international city by constructing and using those phenomenal Olympic facility, advanced transportation tools, and improving Beijing's environment. 3, to upgrade Beijing's, as well as China's, international reputation by hosting this Olympic Games and its relative economic effects. 4, China leaders are all caring about the preparation and fulfillment of this event by having a solid team to strengthen the execution plan before and after the Olympic Games. 5, To take this Olympic Games as the major milestone to examine China's opening policies for the last 30 years and to help scheme for future development in Sports and competition events. 6, China Government Leaders' support and policy's full implementation are the key successful factors for Beijing Olympic Games.
