摘要

本文研究目的旨在探討國立大學運動場館之經營管理相關問題，並以國立屏東科技大學運動場館為研究主軸。本研究係以「國立屏東科技大學運動場館服務品質滿意度研究問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查。本研究正式問卷調查施測日期為民國96年05月1日至5月30日共計發出問卷700份，回收700份，回收率100%，有效問卷670份，有效率為95.71%。根據實際調查所得資料，以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法等統計方法進行處理，經統計分析討論後所得結果歸納如下：學生比社區民眾在「服務人員品質」、「環境器材品質」、「空間配置」、「整體滿意度」構面上的滿意程度高。顯示，社區民眾於其他階層對於整體環境尚有加強的空間。因此，未來學校運動場館的經營管理，應以其他階層為主體的目標下，考量更使用者滿意度和開放項目的規劃，本著服務的精神，正視國人運動的權利，提供高品質的運動環境，期使運動場館發揮最大的使用效能。

This study aimed to find the management and administration of national university sport stadium for National Ping-Dong Technical University. A questionnaire for the ”the service quality of satisfactions for the National Ping-Domg technical University sport stadium” was developed. The test date duration was from May 1 to May 30, 2007. The collected effective questionnaire ratio was 95.71 % (670 received/700). The descriptive statistic, t-test, one ANOVA analysis and Shelfell method were used to analyze these collected data. The preliminary statistical results revealed that: The students gave higher degree of satisfactions in ”quality of service persons”, ”quality of environmental equipments”, ”the layout of space” and ”the whole satisfactions” than the community residents. These evidences demonstrated that the community residents and other levels of peoples have the improvement spaces on the environments. And, the management and administration of sport stadium should take considerations for the levels of people's uses and further, the satisfactions of users and the terms. Moreover, the sport stadium should provide higher quality of sport environment to the people, on basis of the spirit of service and the right of our peoples.
