護理人員職場友誼對工作壓力之影響

The impact of friendship in workplace related work pressure

摘要


在職場上,多數護理人員承受高工作壓力。若能提升護理人員的職場友誼,則可有效降低工作壓力,因此本研究擬探討護理人員不同層次的職場友誼,對於工作壓力的影響有何差異。本研究使用問卷調查,採便利抽樣方法搜集資料,以南部某區域教學醫院為研究對象。資料分析採用描述性統計、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法。護理人員職場友誼愈高,則工作壓力愈低,而其職場友誼的影響力由高而低分別是組織友誼、主管友誼、同事友誼。組織給予護理人員的職場友誼,其影響力遠高於主管職場友誼與同事職場友誼,組織需適時發展適當的職場友誼,以協助護理人員處理其面臨的工作壓力。

In workplace, most nurses are undergoing intensive working pressure. If the workplace friendship can be promoted, some work stress can be relieved for nursing staff. This study anticipates the positive impact of workplace friendship on work pressure. This study consist survey with questionnaire, and convenient data collection sampling was conducted from a regional teaching hospital in South Taiwan. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis methods. The higher intensity of the workplace friendship between nursing staffs, the lower stress they are towards work. The impact of the workplace friendship levels from high to low consist organizational level, supervision level, and between colleagues. The impact of organizational friendship is stronger than those from supervisor and colleague for nursing staff. It is necessarily for organizations to develop appropriate workplace friendship in order to assist nursing staff when dealing with their work stress.
