Open Society and Right Protection of Marginal Man: The Homeless Patron Orientation

The article intends to discuss the status quo of homeless patron, the current legal systems, and the associated problem. It also tries to provide appropriate suggestions, in dealing with the problem, for the reference of setting user service policy and public library management system.
