隨著台灣加入世界貿易組織後,外商金融機構挾持著豐富的國際經營經驗,早已為我國金融保險業帶來前所未有的強大競爭壓力;且隨著金融商品不斷地推陳出新、就業人力結構的改變,及企業積極地進行整併與擴張之際,金融保險從業人員勢必得扮演更多元化的角色;另大學畢業生的就業力亦是國家高度重視的政策議題之一。因此,本研究係以近5年金融保險學群大學畢業生為研究對象,透過「重要性-績效分析」瞭解金融保險學群大學畢業生對就業力的重視度及表現度,另運用結構方程模式探討金融保險學群畢業生在校學習情況對其就業力及工作滿意度的影響。其實證結果顯示,金融保險學群畢業生在校的學習情況對其就業力及工作滿意度皆有顯著的正向影響。
The purpose of this study is to understand the learning condition, the employment situation and the job satisfaction of the students for finance and insurance cluster in Taiwan. Therefore, this study surveyed the students who graduated from the departments of finance and insurance for universities of technology or universities from 2002 to 2007 in Taiwan. And this study used a structural equation model to understand the effects of the learning conditions on the employability and the job satisfaction. The major empirical findings of the study are as follows. The learning condition of the students has a significantly positive influence on the employability and the job satisfaction of students; besides, the employability of the students also has a significantly positive influence on the job satisfaction of students.
