本研究在探討瑜珈參與者休閒運動調適、參與程度與幸福感三者之間的關係。以參加彰化縣各社區辦理之瑜珈研習課程者為研究對象,問卷調查採立意抽樣,共發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷480份,回收率96.6%。以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行以描述性統計與皮爾森積差相關分析,研究結果如下:(1).瑜珈運動參與者之整體休閒運動調適愈多時,整體幸福感就越高。(2).休閒運動調適在社交調適愈多時,愈能增加人際關係的幸福感、身心健康與生活滿意;瑜珈運動參與者的休閒運動調適愈差時,就需更多的運動參與的表現;瑜珈運動參與者幸福感愈低時,愈需要運動參與程度表現。(3).在運動參與中若能增加每週的運動次數、降低運動強度,這樣的方式能有助於提升整體幸福感,也能改善人際關係;幸福感在身心健康與生活滿意度的表現。(4).瑜珈運動參與者的休閒運動調適次數愈多,其運動參與的表現就越低,但運動參與愈多則有助於幸福感的提高。本研究結果可提供瑜珈教師與相關單位在未來推廣瑜珈及相關研究上之參考。
This study explores the relationship among yoga participants' leisure sport adjustment, participation level and happiness. The research objects are the students of the Changhua district government and the private communities that combine communities and community colleges to organize yoga training courses. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and collected 480 questionnaires. The valid questionnaire survey rate was 96.0%. Descriptive statistics and Pearson product difference correlation analysis were carried out with SPSS statistical package software. Conclusion: 1. The more yoga participants adjust their overall leisure activities, the more they increase their overall happiness. 2. The more social adjustment of leisure sports adjustment, the more it can increase the happiness of interpersonal relationship, physical and mental health and life satisfaction, when the yoga exercise participants have worse adjustments to leisure sport, they need more exercise participation performance, the lower the happiness of yoga exercise participants, the more they need to perform the exercise participation level. 3. When the number of exercises per week in the exercise participation level increases and the exercise intensity decreases, this practice helps to improve overall happiness, and can also improve interpersonal relationships, the performance of happiness in physical and mental health and life satisfaction. 4. The greater the number of overall leisure exercise adjustments of yoga participants, the lower the performance of exercise participation, but the more exercise participation, it will help improve overall happiness. The research results can be used for reference by yoga teachers and related units that promote yoga and as a reference for future research.
