本研究目的在探討長榮大學學生休閒教育需求與休閒運動阻礙因素之差異與相關情形,以長榮大學九十四學年度第二學期已辦理註冊之學生為研究對象。研究工具為「長榮大學學生休閒教育需求與休閒運動阻礙問卷」,內容包括:個人基本資料、休閒教育需求量表、休閒運動阻礙量表等三部份。研究調查期間共發放問卷400份,回收374份,其中有效問卷335份,有效率達83.75%。回收之有效樣本以描述性統計(次數分配、百分比)、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、薛費事後比較法及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料處理,研究結果發現:一、長榮大學學生在休閒教育需求上的部分變項(性別、運動習慣、參加體育性社團、體育成績)有顯著差異存在。二、長榮大學學生在休閒運動阻礙的部分變項(學院、學制、零用金、運動習慣)有顯著差異存在。三、休閒教育需求與休閒運動阻礙有正相關存在,其中以休閒資源與機會阻礙的正相關係數最高。
This research was to find out the characteristics, discrepancies and relationships in leisure educational needs and recreational sports constraints among CJU of students. This research tool was used the questionnaire of leisure educational needs, recreational sports constraints and strategies of CJU students. It included personal information, leisure educational needs scale, And recreational sports constraints scale. During the investigation period, 400 questionnaires were passed out. Among 374 questionnaires retrieved to be used, 335 questionnaires were effective. Therefore, the efficient questionnaires had reached 83.75%. These retrieved efficient samples were processed by using descriptive statistics (allot of number if times, percentage), item analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test comparison afterwards, and Pearson's product-moment correlation according to the research purpose. After the gathered data was processed by the above statistics analysis, the conclusions were: 1. There were significant difference discrepancies among CJU students with different backgrounds in their leisure educational needs (different gender, sports habit, enjoy association of sports activities, physical scoring). 2. There were significant difference discrepancies among CJU students with different backgrounds in their recreational sports constraints (different college, school system, pocket money, sports habit). 3. Correlation exists between leisure educational needs and recreational sports constraints. In which that leisure resources and hinder of chance have the highest right relation.
