分散染料與導染劑對聚乳酸纖維染色性及色彩值之研究

The Effect of Different Carriers and Dyestuff on the Dyeing Character and Color Value of PLA Fabric

摘要


本實驗利用不同結構的分散染料及導染劑來對聚乳酸纖維的染色性及色彩值變化做探討,實驗中改變染料及導染劑濃度、溫度、染色時間及pH值來進行染色流程變化,添加導染劑確實可以提升聚乳酸的染著量,且導染劑可使聚乳酸有低溫深染的效果;導染劑種類中以甲基萘及水楊酸苯酯的效果最佳。聚乳酸對單偶氮系分散染料的染著較其他分散染料好,而經導染劑染色後對蔥菎系及奎寧系2種結構分散染料的染著量有明顯提升。經導染劑染色後其堅牢度無明顯的改變且對染色織物的色相不會有很大的變異。

The study focused on different disperse dyes and carriers for dyeing properties of PLA fabrics. The concertration of dyes and carriers dyeing temperature and time on the process had been widely researched. From results found that the effectiveness of carriers for dyeing of PLA fabrics, the Methyl naphthalene and Phenyl salicylate are better than other carriers, above all Anthaquinone and Quinoline type dyes.
