The Sound Radiation Control of Cylinder Body by Notch Filter

帶拒濾波器控制圓柱體之聲輻射

摘要


藉由控制系統之DC馬達、放大器等次系統驅動行星齒輪轉動機構。造成圓柱載體之共振及聲輻射,經修改控制系統迴路並加裝帶拒濾波器之設計後,不同型態之驗證結果,可減低此類結構音輻射量達5~10dB(A)。

The sound radiation of cylinder body by structure-borne noise transmits from the motor. gear meshing to the shells. The signal from electrical system and frequency modulation by the propagation wave with the sub-systems excites the structures. One of the methods try to reduce such radiation by the cylinder shells is inserting the notch filter between the source and receiver. The different operative configurations to evaluate the effectiveness and performance presents the efficiency of the notch filter are over 5 to 10 decibels.
