摘要

本實驗為一前期實驗。此實驗之目的在於研究20名經拔牙矯正之成年患者，其上唇軟組織之改變相對上顎前牙後移量的相對關係，並全圖找出一比例作為將來對軟組織反應預估之參考。在實驗中存在影響的變項包括上嘴唇厚度，長度，及軟組織緊張度。在初期的20個病例中所獲得之上唇變化量相對於上顎門牙移動量之平均比例為0.37；但是很明顯的這個比例並無法適用於每個個別病例。因此我們希望能進一步搜集更多的病例，並根據影響的變項再分組。在分組過後，針對各組進行各別之比例計算。預期對往後的軟組織反應預測能夠更加精準。

This is a Pilot study Maxillary incisor retraction and associated upper lip response were studied in 20 people postadolescent orthodontic patients to determine if a statistically significant correlation and ratio existed between maxillary incisor and lip retraction .Dependent factors include lip thickness, length, strain of upper lip. Although a ratio 0.37 was determined by this study for predictive purpose, this value was not absolute for each individual. Furthermore, if we can collect more sample data, and subgroup them according to the effecting factors than determine a new ratio for each subgroup. Maybe the prediction result n the future would be more precise.
