摘要
隨著企業競爭的日趨激烈，產品及服務的削價競爭，使物流支援及配置在企業成本改革中，扮演著非常重要的角色。本研究旨在探討影響物流業經營績效的關鍵成功因素，關鍵成功因素篩選出十一個子構面以層級迴歸分析其對經營績效的影響，實證結果顯示物流業的關鍵成功因素可分為內部營運優劣勢、外部競爭環境及經營策略三方面，其對物流業的整體經營績效有顯著的影響。此結果可提供國內物流業者提昇關鍵成功因素及經營績效的參考。

The support of logistics and disposition has played an important role gradually in the cost system reform based on the enterprise's serious competition on price and quality of service etc. The purpose of this research is to explore the key success factors for influencing the operation performance in logistics industry, and based on the GLM, eleven factors have been revealed empirically in three aspects: (1) Internal operational weakness (2) external competitive environment and (3) strategy of management. It is proposed that the key success factors can provide the opportunity for enhancing operation performance.
