摘要

本文描述一位以有機磷自殺的老年個案，探討其於加護病房期間的護理經驗，藉由Gordon十一項健康功能評估，發現個案的健康問題有：呼吸道清除功能失效、有機磷中毒之現存性損傷、現存性與高危險性感染、個人因應能力失調等。在最短時間內，正確及有效評估，以得當的治療，於急性期致力於生命的挽救外，更將困農藥造成之傷害成至最低，經過醫護團隊及家屬的努力，加強對病患心理支持，降低因自殺事件引起的心理衝擊，使個案恢復身、心理健康，藉此提出成功個案之護理經驗，期能於專業領域中作經驗之分享。

This is a case about an old man who committed suicide with organic phosphate pesticide. Initially, we evaluated him by Gordon's method, and it showed poor airway clearance existing damage caused by organic phosphate pesticide, high risk of infection, and poor compensatory ability .Aim of nursing care included accurate, effective evaluation with appropriate therapy to minimize the injury. During acute phase, decrease of toxic injury and life saving were the main policy. When stabilized, mental supports through doctors, nurses, and family were then applied. After that, the patient was successfully stabilized and gained fully mental and physical recovery. We're glad to share this successful experience with all the readers.
