台灣性騷擾研究發展與展望：文獻回顧報告
The Development and Prospect of Taiwan's Sexual Harassment Research: A Systematic Review
摘要
本文以文獻回顧分析方法，以「性騷擾」作為研究主題或關鍵字並發表於1995～2021年期間，且以科技部補助人文社會科學研究中心之「台灣人文及社會科學期刊評比暨核心期刊收錄實施方案」受評為第一級與第二級者，共計51篇。研究主要結果顯示：（1）國內性騷擾研究仍以綜合類及法律學為主要研究領域；（2）性騷擾主要研究對象仍以受害人為主；（3）各專業領域以不同研究方法開發更多性騷擾研究範疇。此外，研究者對上述研究結果提出三點研究反思：（1）國內性騷擾研究發展朝向多元化、跨領域結合；（2）從被害人轉向探討加害人性騷擾行為之性別意識及修復式正義介入；（3）深入研究性騷擾事件潛藏少數族群心理歷程。本研究依文獻分析所提出研究發現與反思，俾利提供國內從事性騷擾研究方向之參考。

This article is a review report where the literature review method was adopted. The topic of literature reviewed or the key word involved in the literatue is mainly related to ＂sexual harassment.＂ Furthermore, the prior studies were published in the journals rated as Levels one or two by the ＂Evaluation of Taiwan Humanities and Social Sciences Journals and the Collection of Core Journals＂ between 1995 and 2021. In total, there have been 51 relevant academic papers collected. The main results of the current review research show that (1) the research on domestic sexual harassment is still focused on comprehensive and law; (2) for the research on sexual harassment, the main subjects are the victim; and (3) various professional fields have attempted different research methods to develop more research scopes of sexual harassment. In addition, those researchers put forward three suggestions: (1) The development of domestic research on sexual harassment is towards diversification and cross-field integration. (2) The subject of domestic research shifts from the victim to explore the gender awareness of offensive sexual harassment and restorative justice intervention. (3) The domestic research further studies the psychological history of hidden minorities in sexual harassment incidents. This research of reviewing earlier studies provides a reference for future domestic research on sexual harassment.
