降低調奶室工作人員職業傷害成效之計畫

A Project to Reduce the Risk of Occupational Injury in Milk Preparation Room

摘要


本研究旨在運用創意巧思設計省力Easy-「倒奶神器」,減少工作人員在短時間內重複性工作,進而降低職業傷害。本研究採類實驗設計方式,從2021年7月到2022年6月間,以調奶室3位工友為觀察對象,藉由問卷、關鍵指標法(key indicators method, KIM)風險評估、勞損指數(Strain Index, SI)量表、工作前和後握力數值等,了解工作人員潛在傷害風險問題,以創意巧思設計工具為介入措施,比較介入措施前、後降低調奶室工作人員職業傷害之成效。結果發現,無論使用第一代或第二代「倒奶神器」KIM風險值及Strain Index分數均有顯著下降,且具有顯著差異。除此之外,工作前、後握力數值,也有顯著提升。研究結果證實,從觀察學習中了解造成調奶室工作人員職業傷害之主因,透過職業體驗活動讓跨團隊-更深入了解調奶室工作人員的需求與感受,規畫工作動線流程、建立標準作業流程、跨團隊介入創意巧思設計自動化設備,及符合人體工學省力Easy-「倒奶神器」、使用3D奶架及360度旋轉盤、設計開鎖奶瓶器等,讓工作人員KIM風險值及Strain Index分數下降,握力數值提升,且可明顯減少短時間內重複性工作,也未發生工作人員職業傷害等異常事件,顯著降低工作人員職業傷害風險率,另外,也可改善作業環境、提升工作效能、讓工作人員覺得更有自信。

This study aims to design innovative miraculous easy-handling machines to reduce repetitive workload and lower the risk of occupational injury for the staffs of milk preparation room. This study adopted a quasi-experimental design. We observed three workers in the milk preparation room, and we used the Moore-Garg Strain Index scale (SI scale), values of grip strength before and after work, key indicators method (KIM) risk assessment to investigate the potential risk factors of the three workers from July 2021 to June 2022. We developed creative tools to intervene and compared the effects after the interventions . It was found that the KIM risk and SI scale had both dropped significantly after the first- and second- generation miraculous easy-handling machines were used. Grip strength value also significantly increased after intervention. The factors of occupational injury from milk preparation were observed by research group with work experience to inspect the need and feeling from the staffs. The results proved that repetitive and heavy workloads can be markedly reduced by measures of optimization of workflow, establishment of standard operating procedures, interdisciplinary design of automated and ergonomic miraculous easy-handling machines, creation of 360-degree rotating gadget and milk-unlocking device, which can improve KIM risk and SI scale. In addition, the rate of occupational injury significantly declined, with no abnormal hazardous events from workers found. Lastly, improvements of the operation environment, work efficiency, and better confidence from the staffs were noted.
