本預測主要目的在瞭解紅十字會臺北縣分會水上安全工作大隊志工參與動機與持續服務意願之情形。採問卷調查法,以「志工參與動機量表」與「持續服務意願研究量表」作為研究工具,於2009年7月1日至8月30日間,以叢集隨機抽樣及便利抽樣兩種方式,在臺北縣各服務區域進行研究,總共回收259份有效問卷後,並利用SPSS for Windows12.0版統計套裝軟體進行統計分析,以描述性統計、重複量數單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,結果發現:(一)紅十字會臺北縣分會水上安全工作大隊志工以男性較多;已婚居多;教育程度以高中職為多;年齡層以31~50歲之間最多;職業以自由業(服務業)較多;月收入以20,001~40,000元居多;參加紅十字會臺北縣分會水上安全工作大隊的服務年資以1~3年居多。(二)紅十字會臺北縣分會水上安全工作大隊志工的參與動機以「社會接觸」及「自我成長」二個因素最為重視。(三)參與動機五個因素與持續服務意願間除了個人利益呈無顯著相關,其他皆呈顯著中相關,對持續服務意願之聯合解釋變異量有16%的可預測性。就個別變項的解釋量來看,以「自我成長」「他人影響」對志工持續服務意願的預測力最佳。
The main purpose of this research was to explore the participating motivation and continual service desires among the Red Cross Society's Lifeguard Volunteers at Taipei County Branch of The Red Cross Society. The Questionnaire Survey were administered with Index of Volunteer Participating Motivation and Continuous Serving Intention as research tools. 259 samples were collected by Cluster Random Sampling and Convenience Sampling during the period of July 1st to August 30th, 2009, SPSS for Windows12.0 version of statistical software packages for was used statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, the number of single-factor repeated measures analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used also for data analysis. The results were as follows: 1) Most volunteers are male, married, senior high-school graduated, aged from 31-50, freelance (service industry), approximately NTD 20,001-40,000 in monthly pay and 1-3 years of service. 2) Participating motivation of the volunteers covers ”social contact” and ”self-growth”. 3) Except five elements in participating motivation and personal benefit in continuous serving intention, other elements were significantly related to the research. The variables of continuous serving intention explained about 16% forecast. Each individual variable showed that ”Self Improvement” was the key to the participation and motivation of continuous servicing.
