This article purpose is investigating Education Quality Goal and Professional Practical Capability of technological universities that inquires into the Taiwan, through views of the education characteristic of Knowledge Economy. In the research, we adopt literature review and questionnaire survey. The investigaton of targets including scholars with the Hi-Tech background, industrial circles and students, add up to 196 people. Then, we dissuss whether is there a difference in cognition, the importance intensity of Educational Quality Goal and Professional Practice Capability by Ridits Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process. At last, according to the conclusion, we further put the suggestion about training talent for the future to government, university, industrial circle and follow-up study separately.
