黑色黃金:從福安紅茶品牌談中國地方產業發展

摘要


本文以福安「坦洋工夫」的品牌發展運動為例,探討當代中國地方茶商品的商品化如何與地方發展結合,造成對傳統地方產業的影響。本文涉及到兩個探討部分,首先是以茶的商品史來看茶的物性在中國的背景下如何發展出多元的商品性質,這種發展擴大了茶的傳佈和茶商品的多元性,同時鞏固茶與地方社會的連結。其次是從福安的地方茶業史來看地方的茶業發展史的變化,以及這種改變如何營造出地方品牌茶的發展趨勢,還有這種發展造成的結果。這些討論一方面觸及茶商品在非西方社會的變遷和流動,另一方面也涉及這種商品價值的當代重新建構與運用,以及這種發展可能造成的後果。

This thesis explores the commodification of modern Chinese tea in local society with the development of “Tanyang Gongfu” tea brand in Fuan County. The article refers to two topics: first, I review the history of Chinese tea to analyze how political power affected the commodification of tea and made it expand its application and spreading area. Second, I study the development of Fuan tea industry and the present movement of“Tanyang Gongfu” tea brand, to analyze how they pursued modernize industry in different eras and what they were bringing about in present movement. These topics on the one hand touch the different way of commodification of tea in non-Western society, on the other way they refer to the articulation of commodification and modern cultural capitalism.
