論文摘要內容: 在補習班的經營過程中,招生成效與家長的決策常隨著教學品質、行政管理系統、招生策略及品牌形象有關。而一所補習班在市場上能否生存,其面對問題時的危機處理能力更是重要的關鍵因素。因此本研究運用FMEA(Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)技術來建構:紀錄補習班的失效模式與效應分析以及包含風險優先值(RPN)的三個分級指標(嚴重度、發生度、難檢度)。作為協助業者如何做好風險評估、強化教學品質,進而發展出檢測系統失效的技術,並將發生問題的個案做風險管理和控制及提出改善方案。最後透過個案分析來驗證該系統的適合度。 關鍵詞:失效模式與效應分析、風險優先數值、補習班、風險管理
The contents of the abstract in this thesis : In the cram school business process, student admission results and the decisions of parents, often affect the quality of teaching, administrative systems, admission strategies and brand image. However, cram school survival in a competitive market requires crisis managerial ability in the face of many challenges. In this study, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) technology is used to construct a cram school: The school failure mode and effect analysis includes a priority risk value (RPN) classification of three indicators (Severity, Occurrence and Detection). Proposals are put forward for improvement to assist the industry in performing adequate risk assessment, enhancing teaching quality and developing a failure detection system technology. The case in question is used to perform risk management and control. Case studies are presented to verify the fitness of the proposed system. Keywords: FMEA , RPN , Cram School , Risk Management
