早期的植牙診斷需仰賴傳統X光片攝影,其大多只能提供單一的二維影像,並不能提供三維或是各種切面的多重二維影像,造成大多數醫師在分析診斷時,無法充分解釋植體與所在位置的實體三維關係,以致造成治療計畫與預期結果和實際情況會有落差。本研究之目的是分別利用MATLAB軟體與Visual C++軟體各開發一套三維重建之植牙輔助模擬系統,並比較其開發與整合之過程。結果顯示,在植牙模擬系統開發方面,MATLAB軟體具備強大的數值運算功能以及豐富的副程式供開發者使用,而Visual C++軟體則擁有高移植性、執行速度快與多樣化的介面開發工具之優勢。希望藉由本研究開發之植牙輔助模擬系統,能夠幫助醫師進行植牙手術時提高植牙成功率,降低手術危險與術後併發症,對於植牙之醫療技術發展有所助益。
In early stage, diagnosis of dental implant was dependent on traditional plant radiography, which could not provide 3D images or 2D images in multiple section. It results in difference between dentist's evaluation and actual situation. The purposes of the study are to develop an accessory system of implant with 3D-image reconstruction of MATLAB and Visual C++ separately, and to compare them by processing and integration. The results show that MATLAB software has powerful mathematical computation and vast vice-programs, and Visual C++ software has the advantages of high portability, fast execution speed and variety of interface development tools. We hope that development of the accessory system of implant can assist dentists in implant surgery with not only higher implant success rates but also lower surgical side effects.
