實習教師教學常見問題之分析

The Analysis of Common Problems on Intern Teachers' Instruction

摘要


教學向來是學校教育的核心工作,因而在師資培育的過程中,如何提高實習教師教學實習的成效,增進其教學的知能乃受到格外的重視。本文係針對實習教師教學之問題進行探討,採取觀察、訪談、文件分析等方法,選擇七十五位的實習教師為研究的樣本,利用研究者擔任教育實習指導教師的機會,每年實際觀察訪談二十五位的實習教師,為期三年,從而蒐集實習教師教學相關問題之資料,並予以整理和分析。研究發現,實習教師教學常見的問題主要集中在教學目標、教學單元、引起動機、講解說明、提問技巧、教學生動、板書使用、媒體運用、教學進度、獎勵使用、學生報告、教師語言、班級常規、班級氣氛、評量運用、學習單編製等方面。

Instruction is the integral part of school education. For this reason, it deserves more attention about increasing effectiveness and proficiency of instruction in the course of teacher training. The paper aims to explore the common problems on intern teachers' instruction by observing, interview, and literature review. There are 75 intern teachers to be samples in this study. The researcher takes the advantage of being teacher to intern teachers interviewing 25 of them annually for three years in order to collect and analyze information for this study. Research shows that problems about intern teachers' instruction mainly relate to instructional goal, instructional unit, motivation, expositive teaching, questioning, dynamics of instruction, function of blackboard, exercise of instructional media, schedule of instruction, reward, students' report, teachers' language, management of classroom, atmosphere of classroom, assessment, and worksheet.
