運用撫觸技巧協助一早產兒及提升與其母親之間的親子關係

Applying Touching Skills to Care a Premature Baby and Help to Improve the Mother-Infant Relationship

摘要


早產兒一脫離母親子宮內環境時,常須而對外界和醫療環境之刺激與照護措施,也阻隔了與母親之間的依附關係。因此本文目的乃在描述運用撫觸技巧協助一位早產兒因應PICU的照護環境,並藉由撫觸技巧提升了早產兒與母親之間的親子關係之護理經驗。筆者藉由身體評估,觀察與訪談家屬收集資料,記錄個案面臨外在環境變化、刺激影響所呈現的行爲反應,及母親面對早產化的反應。發現有三項主要健康問題包括有:1.混亂性要嬰兒行爲。2.調整性嬰兒行爲增進的凖備度,3.在危險性母親與嬰兒依附關係障礙。依據所發現的問題給予早產兒適當的撫觸技巧,有寧報護理、按摩並給予鼠式護理使用有一人性化的醫療照護環境:引導並教育母親運用適當的撫觸技巧,因而提升了與母親之間的觀子關係,期能將此經驗分享給護理人員以提升早產兒的健康與增加和母親之間的親子關係。

A premature baby usually has to face sitimulations from external environment and medical treatment immediately after delivery anti subsequently inks the opportunity of attachment with its mother. Tile purpose of this case study was to describe the experience of using touching skills to assist a premature baby to cope with the environment of prenatal intensive care unit and improve the relationship between the mother and her infant. Data was collected by physical assessments. observations, and interviews. The responses of the preterm baby while facing external environment changes stimulation, and its mother were recorded. Three primary health problems were discovered, including discovered, infant behaviors, readiness for enhancing organized infant behaviors, and impaired mother and infant attachment, The authors applied adequate touching skills such as holding care, massage, and kangaroo care to provide humanized environment for the baby. Introducing and teaching these skills to mothers could help to improve the relationship between mother and infant.
