摘要

本研究目的爲瞭解手術室護理人員對壓瘡認知及防護措施情形。採方便取樣法，以手術室護理人員爲研究對象。研究工具爲「壓瘡防護認知量表」及「壓瘡防護措施行爲量表」。統計方法爲平均值、百分比、單因子變異數分析、t檢定及皮爾遜積是相關。研究結果顯示：(1)護理人員對壓瘡認知爲中等程度。(2)護理人員對壓瘡防護措施行爲介於「經常」與「總是」之間。(3)護理職級與壓瘡認知呈顯著性差異，其中以NI護理人員認知程度最佳。(4)教育程度與壓瘡防護措施行爲呈顯著注差異。籍此研究提醒手術室護理人員重視壓瘡的發生，進而維護手術病患皮膚的完整性。

The aim of this study was to investigate the degree of recognition of pressure sore among nursing staff in the operating room and the precaution measures taken by them. The instruments used were ”Recognition scale for pressure sore” and ”Behavioral scale for precautions taken against pressure sore”. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics. One-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results resealed that: (1) Nursing staff in the operating room had a moderate degree of recognition of pressure sore. (2) The frequency of taking precaution measures against pressure sore was between ”often” and ”always”. (3) Recognition varied among nursing staff, with the N1 registered nurses showing the highest degree of recognition. (4) Education level seas a significant factor affecting their decision of taking precautions against pressure sore. This study attempted to improve nursing staff's recognition of pressure sore to achieve higher quality of patient care.
