彰化縣國民小學自然與生活科技領域教師知識管理與教學效能之研究

The Study of Teachers' Knowledge Management and Teaching Effectiveness of Elementary Schools Teachers in the Field of Science and Technology in Changhua

摘要


本研究旨在探討彰化縣國民小學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能之關係。採用問卷調查法,以彰化縣國民小學自然與生活科技教師為研究對象,共發放239份問卷,回收之有效問卷221份,以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸進行資料分析。研究結論如下:教師知識管理現況屬中上程度,教學效能現況屬高等程度;教師之知識管理與教學效能皆會因教育背景、現任職務不同而有所差異;教師知識管理對教學效能具有良好的預測力,其中以「知識應用」的預測最高。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,俾供學校教師或行政人員、教育行政機關及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study aimed to explore the relationship of elementary school science and technology teachers' knowledge management and teaching effectiveness in Changhua. This study employed questionnaire survey: Totally 239 questionnaires had been were randomly selected as stratified samples, and 221 of them are effective. All samples were analyzed through the ways of One-way ANOVA and Regression Analysis. The major findings were drawn from this study: (1) Elementary school teachers in the field of science and technology in Changhua had mean to high level of perception toward knowledge management and teaching effectiveness; (2) Elementary school teachers in the field of science and technology in Changhua showed partial significant difference in the perception of knowledge management and teaching effectiveness, including different backgrounds in education level and current job position; (3)The variable "knowledge management" could be used as the best prediction for "teaching effectiveness" of elementary school science and technology teachers in Changhua, especially in "knowledge application" facet. According to the findings and conclusions given above, the study proposed recommendations for educational authorities, school teachers and administrators, and future researches.
