The research aims to discuss contents including the following prospects. Firstly, it analyzes formation of school's visionary developments. Secondly, it explores contents of school's visionary developments. Thirdly, it investigates implementation of school's visionary developments. In the course of the research assume visiting interview and documentary analysis. As per descriptions above, the research focuses on few relevant questions involving formation, contents, and implementation of school's vision, and its associate research and consultations. Through above interactive conversations, we advance three conclusions, seven suggestions, and expect the research to bring forward reform and innovation of a school, as well as it motivates school-based curriculum's sustainable management.
