背景:「實習」是護生面對護理抉擇重要階段及關鍵時期。負向實習經驗,護生對臨床害怕且降低就業意願;正向實習經驗強化護生對專業角色認同。然而,幸福感是衡量護生心理健康重要標準之一,於是實習經驗為畢業護生決定未來是否從事護理工作的重要關鍵。目的:探討護生實習經驗與主觀幸福感之關係。方法:橫斷式描述性設計,問卷調查法,對象為北部醫護管理專科學校實習護生。共收得250份有效問卷,包含個人背景資料、實習經驗量表及主觀幸福感量表三部份。SPSS統計軟體22版統計軟體進行平均數、標準差、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析。結果:發現專科護生整體實習經驗量表總平均為3.64分,標準差為0.34分。整體主觀幸福感量表總平均為3.63分,標準差為0.48分。專科護生實習經驗與主觀幸福為正相關(r = 0.54, p < .001)。結論:創造正向而滿意的實習經驗,引導護生擁有幸福的生活,為正式投入職場作充分準備。
Background: The internship is an important stage in nursing education and a key period influencing students' inclination on whether to continue nursing as a career upon graduation. A positive internship experience strengthens their sense of professional roles while a negative experience may lower their desire to join the workforce. The sense of well-being is an important measure to evaluate the students' mental health and future retention in nursing profession. Objectives: This research studies the correlations between the internship experiences and the sense of well-being of nursing students in a college in northern Taiwan. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study design of 250 nursing students. The questionnaires include demographic data and structured questionnaires using rating scales. The collected data were analyzed through the SPSS 22 for mean calculation, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and analysis. Results: The average internship experience scale was 3.64 points with the standard deviation of 0.34. The nursing students' internship experience was considered positive. The average subjective well-being scale was 3.63 points with the standard deviation of 0.48. The nursing students' subjective sense of well-being was also positive. Nursing student internship experiences is positively correlated with subjective well-being (r = 0.54, p < .001). Conclusions: Nursing educators need to understand the students' needs during this stage, to create a positive and satisfactory internship experience, and to provide appropriate guidance to prepare them for a nursing career.
