我國運動員之運動道德初探：以大專棒球運動員爲例

摘要

本研究目的在探討我國棒球運動員之運動道德的實質內容，以台北市立體育學院、國立林口體育學院、台灣體育學院、輔仁大學、淡江大學及台灣大學之棒球隊員，共計147位選手爲研究樣本，首先以研究者自編的半結構式問卷爲研究工具，讓受測者依據問卷所提的各種棒球運動情境作個人行爲的自我陳述，並運用內容分析法找出各種可能發生的有關道德行爲的實質內容、發生頻率與百分比，以比來探討棒球運動員之運動道德表現取向。本研究結果發現，我國棒球員之運動道德取向可分爲服從性、誠實守法、認真負責、自律性、及相互鼓勵等五個取向。最後，針對本研究結果做進一步的探討，並提出未來的研究方向。

The purpose of this paper is to investigate sportsmanship (morality) among baseball players in Taiwan. A semi-structured questionnaire was designed and given to a sample of 147 players from teams representing Taipei Municipal Physical Education Academy, National Linkou Physical Education Academy, Taiwan Physical Education Academy, Fujen Catholic University, Tamkang University, and National Taiwan University. For each question, respondents were asked to describe their behavior. Morale leanings were then identified by analyzing actions in a number of situations and determining frequencies and percentages for those actions. Results show that sportsmanship among baseball players from Taiwan can be divided into the following five categories: 1) obedient, 2) rule-abiding, 3) responsible, 4) self-disciplined, and 5) the result of mutual encouragement. The implication of this result of sportsmanship theories and practice are discussed finally.
