纖維竿繫繩游泳對捷泳速度的影響

摘要


本研究者在探討纖維竿繫繩游泳之訓練效果,受試對象32名,以隨機分組爲控制組與實驗組,於前測後實驗組進行8周的纖維竿繫繩游泳訓練,將兩級後測所得資料經T考驗統計分析後獲得下列結論: (一)纖維竿繫繩游泳對男子捷泳25公尺速度(t=4.24(上標 *))、50公尺速度(t=4.12(上標 *))有顯著的效果。 (二)纖維竿繫繩游泳對女子捷泳25公尺速度(t=3.83(上標 *))、50公尺速度(t=2.45(上標 *))有顯著的效果。整體而言纖維竿繫繩游泳訓練對捷泳速度有顯著的效果。

The aim of research in to find out the effect of super swim for freestyle speed. Thirty-two people have been tested and randomly divided into Control Group and Experiment Group. Before the test, the Experiment Group has been trained with tethered swimming for 8 weeks, and then put the results of the tow sroups through T test statistically analysis and sum up the below conclusion: (1) Tethered swimming is obviously effective for the speed on men's 25-meter freestyle (t=4.24(superscript *)) and 50-meter freestyle (t=4.12(superscript *)). (2) Tethered swimming is obviously effective for the speed on women's women's 25-meter freestyle (t=3.83(superscript *)) and 50-meter freestyle (t=2.45(superscript *)). Generally speaking, Super swim is obviously effectiv for the speed on freestyle.
