The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of elementary school coach's leadership on team climate and team satisfaction. The subjects consisted of 256 students drawn form the sport groups (each sport groups should train four times every week.) of elementary schools. All the subjects were administered Coach's Leadership Inventory, Team Climate Inventory, and Team Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings were as follows: 1. Training and instruction behavior and democratic behavior could predict task team climate. 2. Democratic behavior and social support behavior could predict social team climate. 3. Training and instruction behavior and democratic behavior could predict team satisfaction.
